The 1kw Fresnel is widely referred to after its nickname – the ‘Pup’. A name caught on due to its relatively small size and rank, amongst fellow Inkies. Despite its name and humble appearance, the Pup delivers a surprising amount of light for such a small head. It is truly compact. The Fresnel lens provides an even spread of light which is easily focussed from spot to flood. A pole operated version is available for studio work allowing pan, tilt and focus.
