FILMGEAR 575W PAR with Built in Ballast

The FILMGEAR 575W PAR with a built in ballast can be focused through a set of lenses. Very light and easy to handle, the PAR 575W is ideal for interior and exterior lighting applications. The HMI PAR fixture houses a sealed-beam containing an HMI lamp. The basic HMI PAR lamp is manufactured on a very narrow spot (VNSP) only. To alter the beam of the unit, additional lenses are manufactured to fit into the front of the fixture’s housing. These lenses: spot, medium, wide, and very wide change the character of the light rays. To incorporate the ballast, the casing of the 575w BIB is larger than the regular 575w, resulting in the Lamps reflector and Lenses being bigger.
