This is a bi-colour on-camera LED light with a full metal frame. It is extremely durable. It won’t break like most plastic lights out there. There is a colour temperature knob to select from 3200k or 5700k allowing you to change colour temperature electronically rather than through filters. It is extremely bright with 277 LED’s and 2 x 10W.
